Help me! I’ve got more wood than years!!! I have been collecting wood for over 20 years….and don’t have enough time to use it all!

Bowl blanks, spoon carving blanks, timber sections, custom orders. I salvage exotic and native timbers instead of sending them to the chipper. We have arrangements with a number of local aborists to contact us when they find certain suitable species. All timber is at the Illawarra Woodwork School where I have a storage and sales area. 1 York Pl Wonoona. I also package and post all over Australia, typically $30-$40 for 15-20kg which is 10-15 blanks.

Along with Illawarra Woodwork School, we have milled Casuarina (Sheoak), Spotted Gum, Blackwood, Himalayan Cedar, Sydney Blue Gum, Silky Oak. Stuart from the school has a heap of other milled timber for sale also

I have spoon carving blanks in Australian Red cedar, Himalayan cedar, , Casuarina, camphor laurel, blackwood, Banksia, ready to go

I also have great larger sections for carving in Cedar, Banksia and Camphor.

Bowl turning blanks in over 20 species from 100mm to 600mm depending on how brave you are. Prices are from $5-15 for smaller section 100-200mm diameter and $15-$40 for larger sections. I can customise your order, or trust me to send to a range of species to try out.

I also am able to chainsaw sections for woodturning blanks and store them till seasoned. Contact me if you have interesting timber you want investigated or removed.
